The positioning centered on AKO Cafe as more than a place to consume coffee. The concept was framed as a curated experience, where branding, environment, and visual language work together to create a stronger emotional impression. The visual direction focused on building a world around the brand rather than a logo in isolation. Typography, composition, palette, and imagery were considered as part of a broader atmosphere, allowing the concept to feel immersive and editorial while still suited to a physical café setting.

Rather than relying on a single visual gesture, the proposal introduced a more adaptable structure that could support consistency while allowing the brand to express itself across different formats.
