A key part of the project was creating a website capable of supporting transactions across multiple offer types. Merchandise, coaching sessions, and certification-related pathways needed to live within one connected system, making it easier for visitors to explore, understand, and purchase services through a unified experience.

The website experience was designed to help users move naturally between information, services, and products without confusion. Clear navigation, intentional pacing, and a calming visual rhythm helped make the platform feel approachable, while the underlying structure supported practical use across learning, booking, and shopping touchpoints.
